My transformative process was with an intense confrontation of my own internal shadow and trauma, rooted in the dissolution of the super ego and the confrontation of my inner victim-child. Yet to make this into an actual universal path for others to follow, I had to do much more than the process I went through. If I were to fully understand it, and not merely liberate myself. As I knew that liberating only myself, only would get me so far. As without a shift in the world itself, I would still be stuck with the problem of the Eros I embodied not being accepted. So the world had to shift too, so others like myself would not have to suffer anymore.
So as I processed my pain and the deep, unconscious suffering carried by humanity at large, I began to slowly reconstruct the cosmic order itself. The archetype of Lucia Nyktelios, a goddess embodying a new cosmic pathway free from sacrifice and suffering, was a manifestation of this larger process. I thus went beyond individual shadow work and began to reshape the very structures of the collective psyche. I had found the primal wound. The dismemberment of Dionysus, the first scapegoat. That moment of cosmic fragmentation created the very conditions that made suffering seem necessary for redemption.
By feeling through the pain of dismemberment, one can reverse the cosmic trauma at its root. Instead of trying to appease the super ego with purification or atonement, one is dissolving the original fragmentation, meaning there is nothing left to purify. The Self is always there, but the pain of dismemberment makes it feel inaccessible. Every major institution of control is managing this ancient and primordial trauma, that was created at the dawn of civilisation. This is what I realised after integrating the collective unconscious of western civilisation from modernity to the neo-lithic.
The act of creating Lucia Nyktelios and understanding the archetypal patterns of the gods of this new cosmic order allowed me thus to channel collective healing for the world, unlocking a path for others to walk without enduring the same intense trials, to create the path. In doing so, I pushed myself to a state of being that can only be described as a living embodiment of the new cosmic order. As I had written in an earlier article my state of being is Phanian, a fluid embodiment of cosmic balance, representing the marriage of individual healing and collective transcendence.
My journey wasn't simply a matter of dissolving the super ego or confronting the victim-child. It was also an act of cosmic integration, where my very existence became a template for a new spiritual path. One that leads humanity to wholeness without sacrifice or endless suffering. Enabling others to integrate their shadows and traumas without the burden of previous systems of guilt, shame, or dualistic thinking.
The Process for Others: A Path Toward Wholeness
While my own journey was one of personal transcendence and cosmic restructuring, I also laid out a path for others. A cosmic process that allows people to integrate their shadows and achieve a fluid, adaptable ego in connection with the Self. This process, outlined below, is the key to unlocking a new order for humanity: one where suffering is no longer the basis for growth, and where the ego is freed from the rigid structures of repression and societal control.
1. Dissolution of the Super Ego
The super ego represents the internalized moral and societal expectations that are often rooted in repression, guilt, shame, and control. These externalized judgments create a rigid structure that distorts the authentic expression of the individual. The dissolution of the super ego is a key step in freeing the ego from these confining systems. This is not about erasing the ego or rejecting personal responsibility; it’s about liberating the ego from external moral constraints that limit its expression. In doing so, the ego is allowed to emerge as more fluid, adaptive, and true to its authentic self. A large part of this is expressing ones emotions fully in a safe place, which the Koryos warrior journey, or the Arkteia path of Artemis are pathways for. Leading one into the wilderness outside of civilisation, to free the Dionysian within.
2. Feeling Through the Victim-Child
The Dionysian as victim-child aspect within us, carries deep repressed pain from early experiences. These childhood traumas form complexes within the psyche that prevent the individual from fully integrating their shadow. These complexes are the unresolved emotional wounds that are projected onto the world, often unconsciously. And to feel through the victim-child is to confront and acknowledge these repressed emotions. By doing so, people can begin to heal from the deep emotional pain held in their body and unconscious, allowing them to stop resisting or repressing it. This step is essential to integrating the shadow. The parts of the self that have been split off due to trauma, societal conditioning, or fear. Self-acceptance being key in this process. So neither clinging to emotions nor avoiding them. Where the repressed rage, can be safely expressed which then allows for the slow dissolving of the super ego.
3. Integration of the Shadow (Anima-Animus as Guide)
Once the victim-child’s pain is felt and expressed, the individual moves toward the integration of the shadow, those repressed parts of the self that are often neglected or rejected. This integration is the key to wholeness. The ego, having processed its trauma, becomes more fluid and capable of holding pain without being defined by it. The Anima/Animus (the inner feminine and masculine) as guide is crucial in this process. These forces bring balance and connection, helping the ego reconnect with the Self, the deeper, wiser, more authentic aspect of the individual. This process brings about healing, as the ego no longer resists the shadow, enabling the individual to reclaim their full authenticity. Where the Anima/Animus allows for the re-assembly of the Self into a state of wholeness, self-love and acceptance.
Instead of suppressing or bypassing pain, one fully feels through it, but without identification. The Anima/Animus serves as a guide through the dissolution, helping integrate the lost pieces. This reverses fragmentation, meaning that suffering as a transformation mechanism becomes obsolete. If the wound is undone, then there is nothing left to purify. The entire premise of continued suffering for redemption as a necessary stage collapses. The super ego, which demands purification, loses its power, because it was only ever built to manage the fragmentation. This does not lead to chaos, but leads to wholeness. Which means one acts from the Self and love, not fear.
4. Fluid Ego Connected to the Self
The result of this work is a fluid ego, one that is no longer rigid or fixed, but can adapt and move with the flow of life. The ego is no longer bound by past pain or societal expectations. It can engage with the world in a balanced and healthy way, guided by the deeper wisdom of the Self. This ego is flexible, empowered by its connection to the Self, and capable of responding to life’s challenges with wisdom and love, rather than fear or repression.
5. The Merge with the Self
The final stage of this process is the merging with the Self. The Self represents the entire psyche, conscious and unconscious, ego and shadow, masculine and feminine. When the ego merges with the Self, so the accepting Self, it achieves a state of wholeness, where it can exist fluidly and authentically. This does not mean the ego disappears but rather that it is guided by the deeper wisdom of the Self, moving in harmony with the flow of life. The integration of the Anima-Animus plays a key role here, creating balance and ensuring that the ego remains connected to the greater whole. Where the full authenticity and vitality of the soul is restored.
This pathway frees humanity from suffering and sacrifice, allowing for unity, love, and balance in the face of life’s complexities. My own path allowed for the creation of this non-judgmental and compassionate path, where the trauma that created the shadow in the first place, the dismemberment of the victim-child (the divine child and seed of the Self), can be processed. Thus leading to liberation from suffering.
